The Midgard Corporation is owned by Trygve Tennyson Lode of Douglas County, Colorado.

Trygve was practically born with a keyboard in his hand, and began demonstrating computers for his father's business at age five. He dove into commerce as a child by buying used stereo equipment and antiques at garage sales and reselling them to stores.

At 19 he founded Lode Data Corporation, a company that sells software for the optimization of cable television and telecommunication networks and has since expanded to cover many kinds of networks.

Trygve has since invested his money in several industries, including wholesale distribution, data marketing, and entertainment. He also owns part of Inferno Film Productions, LLC. In 1999 Trygve created The Midgard Corporation to fund and manage future ventures.
